RIDERS INFO

Finally the riders’ list is completed for the AFO 2010 qualification.

Unfortunately we have limited slots for the qualification means that due to the great interest in the AFO not every registered rider will have the chance to compete this year. Check the riders- and waitinglists to see if you are in.

We are sorry for the ones who haven’t been chosen by the random selection. In case it turns out that you cannot take the chance and compete at the AFO please let us know as soon as possible that we can give your slot to the next rider on the waitinglist.

Due to our experience from the last years we know that some riders which have a starting slot don`t show up on competition day. To anticipate this situation we kindly ask you to confirm you participation within the last week prior to the event.

On Feb 15 we will send you a reminder e-mail. Then please confirm your participation and reply to this email until latest February 22. If you don’t, your slot will be given to the next rider on the waiting list who will be very happy to get the chance to compete.

We are sure you understand that we want to give the most riders possible a chance to compete.


With your confirmation-reply for participation you can then register at the riders office on site.

 

Every participant needs to be present at riders office for

- signing of event waiver
- paying entry fee
- hand out of bib numbers
- rider goody bag
- riders meeting

Participants under the age of 18, MUST send event waiver signed by parents,
via e-mail before Thursday, Feb 18 2010 to

- Lift passes for your contest day(s).
- Snacks and beverages in the event area
- Reduced lift passes for training or other days
- Entry and vouchers for after-contest-party
